I’ve always had an interest in American football, I have family in the Bay Area & lived in LA for 3 years when I was a child so always had teams merch without really understanding what it was all about. My obsession with sport though started when I got Madden 08 out of a Gamestop bargain bin and I was hooked, I learned everything from that game, team names, player names, Offensive/Defensive schemes, etc. When I went to college in Maynooth I got involved in the Flag football team they had there and once I graduated and returned to Dundalk I learned about the Mavericks and immediately joined, I have been a Maverick for almost a decade now and have also been club president for a spell.
